PURPOSE: Yellow earth boards applied to ceiling, wall and bottom are provided, which is characterized by comprising yellow earth, acetic vinyl resin emulsion binder and glutinous materials(starch, flour and glutinous rice). CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of yellow earth board is as follows: preparing raw materials for boards by mixing 85% of yellow earth containing 60-80% of water, 5% of emulsion binder of aqueous acetic vinyl resin(or 5% of aqueous fiber derivative), and 10% of glutinous materials comprising 3.3% of flour, 3.3% of starch and 3.3% of glutinous rice; pouring mixed yellow earth into a square frame, where one or more of korean paper(or non-woven fabric, wire mesh) for improving strength of yellow earth is inserted into yellow earth at certain intervals, and drying in air; cutting in a proper size; grinding the surface of the board; surface treating by plastering a flour glue on the surface of the board.
