SOLUTION: Specific information (WWW page) related to the merchandise to be sold or the services to be provided in stored in a server 1 in such a manner that it can be browsed. When the specific information stored in the server is browsed by a customer through an information communication network 4 such as the Internet, information urging the input of individual information about the customer her/himself is transmitted to a customer terminal 5 on condition that the customer transmits from the customer terminal 5 a message confirming that he or she has browsed the information. Once the individual information about the customer is transmitted from the customer terminal 5, browsing certification data certifying that the customer has browsed the specific information are issued to the customer's address.
