DEVICE FOR REMOVING SCALE IN PIPE OF HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: A scale removing device of a heat exchanger pipe is provided to eliminate scale from the pipe by approaching ion components of fluid a wall and separating repeatedly and forcibly in the pipe. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger has a heat exchange pipe(30). A tubular coil(10) is assembled with an outer periphery of the pipe to apply output from a square wave oscillator generating square wave. A pipe scale removing apparatus of the heat exchanger eliminates scale from an inner wall of the pipe with differentiating pulse wave by the resistance of the coil and applying to the coil as trigger pulse. Ion components of fluid flowing through the heat exchange pipe are reciprocated mutually not to form scale. The additional tubular coil is mounted simply around the heat exchange pipe to prevent the scale from being generated. The scale removing apparatus operates the square wave oscillator without a specific control unit.
