A sash handle with a damping member is provided to absorb the impact applied to the inner sash handle so as to prevent breakage of the inner sash handle. A sash handle comprises sashes which are slid in a window frame, handles(32) formed on the front sides of the inner and outer sashes, and a damping member(33) formed on one side of the handle of the inner sash. The damping member is made of rubber PVC(polyvinyl chloride) or PC(poly carbonate), including one or more embossing projections.
