摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesion strength reinforcement method of a low temperature ceramics coating, capable of forming a ceramics film of a high adhesion strength on a metal product in low temperature ceramics coating.SOLUTION: The adhesion strength reinforcement method of the invention includes: a blasting process in which shots of different grain size of three or more kinds are mixed in a range of #280 to #1000 of approximately spherical type having a hardness equivalent to, or more than a material hardness of the metal product, and fluid mixture of a compressed gas is intermittently injected in a specified injection condition; a smoothing process in which a smooth face is formed by polishing a treatment face of the metal product; and a low temperature ceramics coating process for forming the ceramics film on a surface of the metal product in a temper temperature of the material of the metal product or less. The blasting process and the smoothing process are performed before the low temperature ceramics coating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
