PURPOSE: A method for producing the distilled liqueurs using apples is provided, and thereby the distilled liqueurs can maintain a distinct taste and flavor of apple. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the distilled liqueurs comprises the steps of: mixing 28 to 35 wt.% of ground apples containing peels and seeds, 58 to 65 wt.% of hard-boiled rice and 5 to 9 wt.% of malted wheat and fermenting the mixture; filtering the fermented mixture to produce 28 to 34 wt.% of raw liquor, mixing 3 to 5 wt.% of raw liquor, 70 to 78 wt.% of ground other apples and 20 to 26 wt.% of hard-boiled rice and fermenting the mixture; filtering the fermented mixture to produce 70 to 78 wt.% of undiluted solution of liqueurs; and adding water into the undiluted solution of liqueurs and distilling the solution.
