Provided is a base station device which performs communication with a use r device by using an uplink shared channel. The base sattion includes resour ce allocation means which performs a radio resource allocation by employing a first resource allocation method which dynamically allocates a radio resou rce and a second resource allocation method which periodically allocates a r adio resource. Upon reception of a signal instructing release of a radio res ource to be allocated by the second resource allocation method, from the use r device, the resource allocation means uses the radio resource to be alloca ted by the second resource allocation method as a radio resource to be alloc ated by the first resource allocation method. |
