PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for industrial waste disposal data registration which enable industrial waste disposal data to be immediately reflected in a database. SOLUTION: The industrial waste disposal data registration system 1 is equipped with a server device 2 and a mobile terminal 3 which is connected to the server device 2 through a communication network 4. The server device 2 is equipped with a manifest database 231 which stores industrial waste disposal data including a manifest number and a transmission control part 24 which sends the manifest number as data to the mobile terminal 231. The mobile terminal 3 is equipped with an input device 34 inputting new industrial waste disposal data corresponding to the sent manifest number and a transmission control part 35 which sends the new industrial waste disposal data to the server device 2. The server device 2 is equipped with an industrial waste disposal data registering means (CPU 21) which registers the sent new industrial waste disposal data in the manifest database 231.
