FIELD: temperature measurements. SUBSTANCE: method involves generation of digital code from two signals from two temperature-sensitive transducers which are located in specific positions, have different individual static conversion characteristics and calibrated with precision which is not less than 0.1 mcW. After this resulted digital values are processed. Hot junctions of temperature-sensitive transducers are located in same isothermal region of investigated object; their cold junctions, i.e. junctions to connecting terminals, are located in another isothermal region. Finite equations given in invention specification are used for calculation of temperatures of said isothermal regions. EFFECT: increased dynamic range (0-600 C). 1 tbl, 1 dwg |
