摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of magnetic marking antibodies used by a method wherein a sample is passed by a magnetic member with magnetic marking antibody held. CONSTITUTION:When buffer solution containing magnetic marking antibody 5 is injected into a reacting vessel 3 with a micro syringe, the antibody 5 is uniformly scattered in the buffer solution without a magnet 6 set. Then, if the magnet 6 and a yoke piece 7 are set in a state wherein they are close to magnetic filament group 1, the antibody 5 in the vessel 3 is induced toward the filament group 1 and magnetically adsorbed by the magnetized filament group 1. Then, with a valve 4 of the vessel 3 slightly released and a sample 8 injected into the vessel 3 with the micro syringe so that the sample 8 drops little by little, the sample 8 passes by the periphery of the filament group 1 and it causes antigen reaction with the antibody 5 at this time. Then, the valve 4 is opened while cleaning solution 9 is poured into the vessel 3, and substance other than those magnetically adsorbed in the filament group 1 is washed away into a pan 10.
