PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full side irradiation type medical laser apparatus which enables etching and disinfecting of a hard tissue, the removal of a smeared layer and other operations by enabling accurate insertion of teeth into a root canal in the laser irradiation of the teeth within the root canal. SOLUTION: A laser light is introduced and propagated through a laser light conducting member 1 such as optical fiber. A first tube member 2 is arranged coaxially on the laser light conducting member 1 with a gap therebetween and a conical reflection mirror 3 is arranged facing a tip face 1a of the laser light conducting means 1. The reflection mirror 3 is arranged with the apex 3a thereof facing the tip face 1a of the laser light conducting means 1 and the laser light radiated from the tip face 1a of the laser light conducting member 1 is reflected on the surface 3b of the conical mirror 3 to be deflected almost at the right angle to the axis of the laser light conducting member 1 thereby irradiating the laser light conducting member 1 with the laser light evenly over the entire diametrical circumference of the laser light conducting member 1. |
