PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test gas generating device containing hydrogen gas at a correct hydrogen gas concentration.SOLUTION: A hydrogen gas passage 12 and a diluent gas passage 13 are merged at a confluent part 10, the confluent part 10 is sucked by a suction pump 15, hydrogen gas is flown to a hydrogen gas resistor 32, diluent gas is flown to a diluent gas resistor 33, and the hydrogen gas and the diluent gas are merged at the confluent part 10 thereby producing a mixed gas. Since a hydrogen gas concentration of the mixed gas at the confluent part 10 can be controlled depending on a strength of a suction force of the suction pump 15, the suction force is adjusted while measuring the hydrogen gas concentration, whereby the mixed gas having a correct concentration can be produced, and can be supplied to an on-vehicle hydrogen sensor 37 as a test gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
