PURPOSE:To achieve a distinctly separate indication of the current time and a timer with the same display section by varying the time indication with a radial display segment through a control of a drive signal gate to select indication divided segments properly. CONSTITUTION:Upon the detection of reaching the time which is set for turning on a timer switch, the opening or closing of a gate through which signals for driving divided segments groups 4a-60-4d-60 and 4a-30-4c-30 pass is controlled to select segment groups 4a-60-4d-60 and 4a-30-4c-30. As a result, the turn-on time of the timer is indicated with the current time display segment groups 4a-60-4d-60 and 4a-30-4c-30 in such a manner that a radial display pointer gradually strethces. Similarly, the turn-off time thereof is indicated in such a manner that the radial display pointer gradually reduces. This enables distinctly separate indication of the current time, the turn-on time of the timer and the turn-off time thereof and the like with a single time display section. |
