A bulb transfer and rotation apparatus of cold cathode fluorescent lamp manufacturing apparatus for baking are provided to shorten transfer and rotate time of the glass tube. The structure for supporting the glass tube transfer and rotation apparatus is the frame(10) of the rectangular frame shape. The frame is comprised of a plurality of horizontal beams, and a plurality of vertical beams. The upper plate(11) and lower plate(12) like the steel sheet are placed under a part or the entire of each layer of the frame of the square frame shape. The opening(14) for providing the movement route of the quartz tube(13) for transferring the glass tube is formed. The heating source is disposed for heating the glass tube for transferring the respective quartz tube in the top and lower part of the quartz tube.
