PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of energy efficiency in the whole vehicle, and adjust an exhaust gas temperature within an operation temperature range of a purification device, without depending on a temperature of exhaust gas discharged from an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas temperature control device 20 adjusts exhaust gas temperature at a front stage of an exhaust gas emission control device arranged in an exhaust pipe conduit of an internal combustion engine. The exhaust gas temperature control device 20 includes: a heat storage body 30 capable of storing or radiating heat; a heating member 31 for storing heat in the heat storage body 30, and a temperature control unit that controls a temperature of exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust gas temperature control device 20 by storing heat in the heat storage body 30 and radiating heat from the heat storage body 30, according to the operation state of a vehicle mounted with the internal combustion engine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
