PURPOSE: An automatic door returning and locking device is provided to promote the simplification of an entire structure related to install a door, to improve in appearance and to keep a door opened for a long-term use. CONSTITUTION: The automatic door returning and locking device comprises a door hinge bracket(10) of the upper and lower ends, an upper case(12) and a lower case(13) arranged in contact with the hinge bracket(10), an inscribed gear case(14) for unifying the hinge bracket(10), the upper case(12) and the lower case(13) between the upper case(12) and the lower case(12), an oil gear association operated together with the door hinge bracket(10) to increase and decrease the rotary power of a bracket, a spiral spring(15) and a spring shaft(16) compressed and expanded by rotary power increased through the oil gear association to provide the restoring force of a door, and a locking device restricting the rotation of the spring shaft(16) to limit the entire movement of the door.
