PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of managing a growth state of fruits of fruit vegetables in a non-contact manner and more highly accurately without damaging the fruits.SOLUTION: An information processor comprises: extraction means for extracting information showing a diameter and a height of a fruit from an image created by capturing the fruit; calculation means for calculating a ratio between the diameter and the height of the extracted fruit on the basis of the information showing the diameter and the height; and determination means for determining a growth state of the fruit on the basis of the calculated ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
