The appts (1) includes a support (2) and two holders (3,4) which rest in recesses (5) provided in the support. The two holders receive the extremities of a sample to be tested. The support includes a rectangular slab presenting perpendicular legs (6) next to its corners. The legs extremities present a V shaped groove. The two holders are identical and each includes a cylindrical rod (3A,4A) with its extremities resting on the support legs. The rod extremities (3B,4B) are terminated with a transversal V which cooperates with the V shaped groove in the legs. The rod central segment (3E,4E) presents a sinking head (3F,4F) which is welded to the rod.
