The present invention relates to fermented milk comprising turmeric powder, and to a composition comprising the same for enhancing immunity. The fermented milk has excellent effects of increasing generation of TNF-, IL-6, and NO; and thus is useful for a composition for enhancing immunity. The fermented milk comprising turmeric powder is prepared by mixing raw milk with turmeric powder, and fermenting the resultant product with at least one type of lactobacillus from Streptococcus thermophilus, and Lactobacillus acidophilus. |
