PURPOSE:To prevent the biting-in between the output shaft on an electric motor and the screw part of a valve needle by inserting a pressure sensitive electric conductive rubber seat metal into a fastening screw part for the installation of a valve body and the electric motor. CONSTITUTION:When a valve needle 9 is pushed onto a valve seat 1b by the output shaft 8 of an electric motor 2, a compression force is applied onto a pressure sensitive electric conductive rubber seat metal 12 by the pushing-up of the flange part 2a of the electric motor 2. Then, the resistance of the seat metal reduces, and an electric current flows into the flange part 2a from a terminal plate 13 through the rubber seat metal, and a controller 16 is operated to cut off an electric power source 10 for the electric motor 2.
