摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an electrochemical performance especially in cycle repeating by including acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and carboxymethyl cellulose having a specific mean molecular weight. SOLUTION: Carboxymethyl cellulose contained in binding agent has a mean molecular weight >=200,000. The binding agent contains 50-70 wt.% of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and 30-50 wt.% of carboxymethyl cellulose based on the weights of two kinds of polymers as the standard. In manufacturing a negative electrode, the negative material is selected from carbon, especially crystallized carbon such as powdered or fiber graphite glass carbon, and carbon black. It is selected from the compound containing a metal which can form a Li alloy such as metal oxide, sulfide, nitride, and carbide. The negative electrode contains the binding agent preferably less than 6 wt.%.
