FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: inorganic inclusions are removed from organic waste and alkaline agent, for example, calcium oxide is added to organic waste in the amount 3-10 wt.-% and pH value is brought about to 9.5-11.0. Then dispersed aluminosilicate, for example, powdered clay is added to the waste in the amount 5-30 wt.-%. Obtained fertilizer does not contain migratory-active forms of heavy metals, different toxins and harmful micro- and macroorganisms. Invention can be used for utilization of vital activity products for preparing fertilizers from organic waste.
