<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet which can transfer e.g. a sharp pattern onto e.g. cloth easily with high accuracy without defects such as cracks and causes no color migration or a stiff feel. <P>SOLUTION: The transfer sheet has (A) an adhesive layer, (B) a white shielding layer and (C) an ink receiving layer, laminated in order on a substrate whose surface on the adhesive-layer side consists of a polyolefinic based resin layer.
