PURPOSE: A resin composition is provided which is excellent in mechanical properties and environmental affinity, has low prices for production. A formation and lamination thereof is used for products of living, construction, engineering and electron. CONSTITUTION: The resin composition consists of thermoplastic resin or thermo hardening resin and by-product of the crops such as hull of a rice, a barley, a millet and a corn and optionally at least an additive selected from organic and inorganic additives in a two-axised extruding machine. The quantity of the by-product is controlled by a use for goods. Resin formation is made in forms of filament, cement and film by injection, extrusion, compression and molding, followed by lamination more than one layer. |
