Imidazolidine derivatives, method for the preparation thereof and their use as anti-inflammatory compositions

Described are imidazolidine derivatives of the general formula (I), wherein the meaning of the substituents is described in claims. The compounds of the general formula (I) are in useful to the treatment of inflammatory diseases, for example rheumatoid arthritis, or allergic diseases, being inhibitors of the adhesion and migration of leukoxytes and/or antagonists of the adhesion receptor VLA-4. Described is also a method for the preparation of the compounds of the general formula (I), their use and pharmaceutical compositions containing thereof.
