<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device more improved in sealing ability by a labyrinth and capable of effectively restricting intrusion of dust such as muddy water, in regard to a sealing device 1 structured of combination of an inner peripheral side sealing member 2 fitted to an inner peripheral side fitting member as one of two members rotating in relation to each other and an outer peripheral side sealing member 3 fitted to an outer peripheral side fitting member as the other. <P>SOLUTION: An outer peripheral cylindrical part 4c is provided in an outer peripheral part of a metal ring 4 of the inner peripheral side sealing member 2, and a continuous long labyrinth spaces 8, 9 and 10 are provided between the outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral cylindrical part 4c and the outer peripheral side sealing member 3, between a tip face of the outer peripheral cylindrical part 4c and the outer peripheral side sealing member 3 and between the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral cylindrical part 4c and the outer peripheral side sealing member 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
