PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melting and supplying system of metal coarse material, in which waste of energy is reduced and which supplies molten metal by a necessary amount when the molten metal is needed, and a melting device.SOLUTION: A melting and supplying system 1 of metal coarse material includes: a coarse material carrying-in conveyer 12 which supplies a metallic coarse material 13 into a ladle 4; a melting device 27 in which the coarse materials 13, 13.. in the ladle 4 are irradiated with plasma and the coarse materials 13, 13.. are melted; and an articulated robot 50 which can hold the ladle 4. Therein, the ladle 4 is conveyed between the coarse material carrying-in conveyer 12 and the melting device 27 by the articulated robot 50 and the coarse materials 13, 13.. melted by the melting device 27 can be poured to a die cast machine side in a subsequent stage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
