A separator for a fuel cell, and a fuel cell stack containing the separator are provided to allow the water generated at an MEA(Membrane Electrode Assembly) to be discharged easily and to allow oxygen to be supplied to a separator, thereby improving the performance of a fuel cell. A separator(30) comprises a first layer(35) which comprises a crystalline carbon material and a hydrophilic polymer material; and a second layer(37) which comprises the crystalline carbon material and a hydrophobic polymer material, is formed on at least one surface of the first layer, and is provided with a plurality of ribs(33) closely adhered to a membrane electrode assembly and a plurality of channels(31) formed between the ribs so as to be separated from the membrane electrode assembly. The plurality of channels circulates reactants. |
