PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a hydraulic characteristic in a region of minimum control flow rate when it is decreased as small as possible, so that discontinuity of the hydraulic characteristic can be eliminated, by using an existing hydraulic control valve of six or more equi-distribution. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a chamfer part only in a throttle part 6a between a supply oil chamber 10 and feed oil chambers 12, 13 or only in a throttle part 6b between discharge oil chamber 11 and the feed oil chambers 12, 13. In this way, an existing hydraulic control valve with oil grooves 4, 5 set to six or more equi-distribution is used, a distribution rate per single one flow control part when a minimum control flow rate is decreased as small as possible can be doubled as compared with the existing distribution rate, and discontinuity of a hydraulic characteristic in a region of minimum control flow rate can be eliminated. |
