PURPOSE: A method for propagating eleutherococcus senticosus max is provided to abandon the embryos by cultivating the root tissue of the eleutherococcus senticosus max to specialize the plants. CONSTITUTION: For propagating eleutherococcus senticosus max by using embryos, the little root tissue of the eleutherococcus senticosus max is cultivated in culture fluid containing 2,4-D(plant growth control material) of 0.01 to 4mg/l to abandon the embryos. Then, the embryos callus taken from the embryos is cultivated in an MS culture fluid having a quarter salinity of a basic MS culture fluid. In this way, the embryos are largely propagated. After that, the embryos are unified by using ABA(Abscisic acid) culture fluid of 0.1 to 1.0mg/l. The eleutherococcus senticosus max is specialized in polyamines of 5 to 20mg/l containing spermine or spermidine instead of the plant growth material. Finally, the specialized eleutherococcus senticosus max is transplanted in soil.
