PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantize a collagenous fiber ratio in tissue from the measured elastic modulus of a blood vessel wall. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic transmission terminal 1 transfers ultrasonic measurement data to a CPU 3. The CPU 3 is provided with an elastic modulus conversion means 5 for performing conversion from the ultrasonic measurement data to the elastic modulus for each fine area of a measurement object part by using an appropriate method such as a phase difference tracking method or the like and a specifying means 7 for specifying a fibrous tissue part in the fine areas from the converted elastic modulus. Further, the CPU 3 is provided with a collagenous fiber ratio calculation means 11 for accessing a collagenous fiber ratio data base 9 which is present in a memory 8 and stores at least the quantitative correlation of the rate (rate, volume ratio and weight ratio, etc.) of the collagenous fibers and the elastic modulus and calculating the collagenous fiber ratio of the fine area part relating to the fibrous tissue specified by the specifying means for each of the respective fine areas.
