The construction has a flat plate (7) provided with an opening (8), where flat plate has size of 0.8 x 0.8 meters, where top of the construction is maintained in open state. A fan (9) is provided under or over the flat plate. A set of fasteners is equipped with the flat plate for attachment to a container e.g. cubic box (3), and an accumulator (14) is provided for the fan. Sealants are equipped in the circumference of the flat plate for cooperation with the container. A wrap is affixed to top of the flat plate. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a ventilation and container construction combination (2) a method for treating a crop harvested in a cubic box.
