An insect catcher consists of a transparent casing (1) having a handle (3) and a plate (5) mounted to be capable of turning at the opening of the casing. The insect catcher can be operated by one hand of a person by having the hand gripping the handle and by the fingers pulling a ball (17) attached to a pulling string (13) in a direction towards the handle. Thereby the plate (5) is turned to an opened position and can return to a closed position, when the ball is released, by the action of a spring (11). |
