PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor rotor which can be easily prevented from decreasing fastening strength by increasing bearing force against excitation force of the motor rotor without changing an integrated fastening mechanism by a caulk pin, a motor using the same, and a motor compressor.SOLUTION: A rotor motor 16 comprises: a cylindrical rotor iron core 28 having a plurality of electromagnetic steel plates stacked; end plates 31, 32 and balance weights 33, 34 stacked at both ends of the rotor iron core 28; and a plurality of caulk pins 35 with heads which are inserted from one direction to fasten the rotor iron core 28, end plates 31, 32, and balance weights 33, 34 in one body, a material of the balance weight 33 arranged on a head 36 side of the caulk pin 35 being harder than a material of the caulk pin 35, and a material of the balance weight 34 arranged on a caulk part 37 side of the caulk pin 35 being softer than the material of the caulk pin 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
