<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for identifying customers on a car without cards and supporting attendants providing services suited to the customers. <P>SOLUTION: Customer information including a customer visit history is stored in advance in association with license plate information for customers' cars. A license plate on the customer's car entering a store is imaged by a camera and the license number is analyzed. The customer history information is searched based on the analyzed license number to determine substandard items.
