PURPOSE:To obtain a signal processor using a charge transfer element, which is capable of multistage connection with high accuracy, by processing an output of a prestage part of a delaying part and a charge mixing part, by an operating part, dividing its output into two equal parts, and processing each part by a signal delaying part having a final transfer electrode. CONSTITUTION:Delay being nearly a horizontal scanning period is gien to an input signal from a terminal 3 by a delaying part 1 of a main signal of a CCD comb line filter, a prescribed delay is given by a delaying part 2 of a subsignal whose stage number is different, and a charge level of each output is operated and processed by a charge mixing part 9. This operated and processed signal charge is divided into 2 equal parts by a charge dividing part 50, and one divided signal charge is inputted to a signal delaying part 51 having a final transfer electrode 53, to which a transfer pulse phi1 is applied. Also, the other signal charge is inputted to a signal delaying part 52 having a final transfer electrode 58, to which a transfer pulse phi2 is applied. Subsequently, the stage diference of the delaying parts 51, 52 is set as a prescribed stage difference, and a variation of the potential of each output signal is detected by potential detecting circuits 56, 61 through floating diffusion layers 55, 60. |
