<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for removing glass cullet by which occurred glass cullet is surely sucked into a suction part and a method of cutting a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The removing apparatus 1 for glass cullet C in which the glass cullet occurred in the breaking of a glass substrate 80 along a scribe line L is removed is provided with the suction part 11 arranged along the scribe line L and extended to an evacuating means 22 to suck the glass cullet C and a pair of blowing parts 12, 12 arranged on both sides of the suction part 11 to be line-symmetric, extended to an air supply means 25 and blowing up the glass cullet toward the suction part 11 by air blown to the glass substrate 80. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
