Disclosed are a market-based decentralized task assignment method for an unmanned aerial vehicle and a recording medium having a program to perform the same. The market-based decentralized task assignment method for an unmanned aerial vehicle, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a step (a) of preparing an advertisement having the suitability of an unassigned task; a step (b) of determining an unmanned aerial vehicle having the highest suitability as a project manager by exchanging the suitability with another unmanned aerial vehicle through communications; a step (c) of supporting the determined project manager with respect to the task; and a step (d) of allowing the project manager to make a team by selecting team members required for the task among supporters.
