USE:A medicine usable as an immunity segulator useful for thereby of diseases caused by (or accompanied with) a decrease of immunological activity. PREPARATION:For example, a compound expressed by formula II (including novel substances) or its salt is reduced in a solvent such as tetrahydrofuran in the presence of a reducing agent such as NaH, preferably hunder cooling, at room temperature - under heating to obtain a compound expressed by formula I.</p> |
