PURPOSE:To provide a system voltage control apparatus comprising a method and an apparatus for satisfying stable supply of power, quality improvement and high reliability and long life of facility and also assisting individual operation of users operating the substation. CONSTITUTION:A system voltage control apparatus 1a performs reactive power control by taking an output voltage V1 and an output current I1 of a voltage transformer PT1 and a current transformer CT1 in the side of transmission line 1 and an output voltage V2 of a voltage transformer PT2 in the side of transmission line 2, and connecting or disconnecting a power condenser (SC) or shunt reactor (ShR) to or from the system by changing a tap ratio of an on-load tap changeover transformer (LRT) and turning ON/OFF of the switch SW1 or SW2. A user interface means 1c of an individuallized operation assisting apparatus 1e inputs a user request, while a simulation means 1b inputs a user's request specification, a signal Vrms having quantized a voltage V2, command signals S1 to S3 and a target voltage Vref to perform the optimum simulation and thereby sets an adjustment amount K1 of a membership function to send it to a control apparatus 13. |
