PURPOSE:To simplify soldering operation by a method wherein coil parts and other parts are provided on one side of a circuit board so as to form a predetermined circuit. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of winding grooves 11b are formed in a bobbin 11 by a plurality of flanges 11a and a plurality of coils 12 are provided by winding wires in the respective winding grooves 11b to constitute coil parts 10. Bobbin terminals 13 are provided in the respective flanges 11a and both ends of the terminals 13 are protruded from the flanges 11a. The ends of the respective coils 12 are connected to those protrusions 13a. On the back surface and the front surface of a circuit board 14, chip capacitors 15 and the coil parts 10 are mounted respectively. The protrusions 13b of the terminals 13 of the coil parts 10 are inserted into the insertion holes of the board 14 from the front surface side of the board 14 and fixed to the wirings of the board 14 on the back surface side and, at the same time, the coils 12 are connected to the capacitors 15. The whole structure is covered with packaging resin 17 except the parts of external lead terminals 16. With this constitution, the whole back surface of the board 14 can be soldered with one solder dipping process.
