PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct direct work simply and safely from a floor by making an electrical appliance, for example to gradually come down with its dead load with the help of the spring force of a suspending fixture, when an unlocking button which fixes the electric appliance is pushed. SOLUTION: When an unlocking button which fixes a ceiling fitting electrical appliance, etc., is pushed, the electrical appliance comes down by its dead load, and at that time it gradually comes down by help of the force of a spring fixed to a connecting part of a suspending-fixture 2, and direct work from a floor is made possible. That is when the unlocking button 1 is pushed with a rod for example from a floor, the electrical appliance gradually comes down within easy reach from the floor. After a work, such as the replacement of an electrical lamp or cleaning of the appliance is finished, the electrical appliance is pushed up with the rod for example, and locked. Here, the electrical appliance can be readily lifted up by help of the force of the spring 3. Direct work from the floor is made possible without the help of a stand or a stepladder, the work is made easy even by an elderly person, a women and the like.
