PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel, which is functioned also as a liquid crystal display, reduces reflections from a transparent conductive film and improves visibility and coloring property. SOLUTION: Concerning a touch panel 10 located on the front of a liquid crystal cell 6 while having two first and second transparent conductive films 1 and 3 facing via a spacer 5 between an input operating plane and the liquid crystal cell, the liquid crystal of the liquid crystal cell is a field effect type circular polarizing element, a reflecting plate with external light as a light source is provided on the back of the liquid crystal cell and a polarizing plate 9, a 1/4 wavelength plate 8, the first transparent conductive film 3, the second transparent conductive film 1 and a 1/2 wavelength plate 7 are located in order from the side of the input operating plane to the liquid crystal cell. |
