PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition exhibiting an excellent adhesive property to a material to be adhered containing silicon even in water or under a high humidity. SOLUTION: This adhesive composition is obtained by including a compound of (A) as a main component. (A) A compound obtained by reacting an acrylic polymer having <=100 deg.C glass transition temperature with a compound having a structural unit expressed by general formula (1) [wherein, R is an alkyl; (n) is 1-20 integer] in a ratio of 0.001-1 mmol based on 1 g acrylic polymer for making one unit.
