PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system capable of propriety discrimination of transmission with high accuracy to avoid radio wave interference. SOLUTION: The wireless communication apparatus capable of making communication at a prescribed frequency band includes: a position detection means for detecting its own location; and a transmission propriety discrimination means for discriminating the transmission propriety at the prescribed frequency band on the basis of its own location detected by the position detection means.
