A mammography apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which a first actuator having an X-ray source unit of a main body is provided to be rotated independently of a second actuator having an X-ray detection unit, comprises: the first actuator having an X-ray generation unit; the second actuator having the X-ray detection unit; a rotary arm to which the first actuator and the second actuator are connected to be rotated; a first driving source connected to the rotary arm to transmit driving force to the first actuator; and a second driving source connected to the rotary arm to transmit driving force to the second actuator. The first actuator is provided to be rotated by the driving force transmitted from the first driving source, and the second actuator is provided to be rotated by the driving force transmitted from the second driving source.
