PURPOSE: An electrode active material composition for a lithium secondary cell is provided to enhance the efficiency of the cell by containing a binder capable of minimizing the internal resistance between an electrode plate and an electrolyte or between an active material and the binder. CONSTITUTION: An electrode active material composition comprises an electrode active material, a conducting agent, a binder and a solvent. The binder is produced from a polymerization of a composition including a trimethylolpropan derivative, a hydrophilic polymer and an amorphous polyethyleneoxide. The interference resistance can be reduced by enhancing interference contacting rates among constituents of the electrolyte active material composition. The ion conductivity is excellent due to a large amount of organic electrolyte impregnated in the electrode. The electrode has a flexible structure due to the flexible composition.
