PURPOSE: A system for mediating an electronic commercial transaction and a method thereof are provided to obtain commodity information conveniently by registering only once to an intermediating system for connecting to a plurality of electronic commercial transacting companies, thereby making a user be connected with the electronic commercial transacting companies without an additional certifying process and making the user be connected with the intermediating system and enabling the user to check commodity information of the companies. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of shopping mall servers(26) for supplying electronic commercial transactions and shopping server DBs(28) is connected thereto through the Internet. A bank server(10) or a credit card server(14) is connected with a system server(30) for approving a payment in accordance with an electronic commercial transaction by connecting to the shopping mall server(26) through a user computer(50). The bank server(10) or the credit card server(14) is paid by an additional paying server(36) connected with a system server(30), and the paid amount of money is paid to a mediator managing the system server(30) and the amount of money is distributed to each corresponding shopping mall operator again. In addition, an advertiser server(18) supplying an advertisement displayed on a monitor of the computer(50), a contents supplying server(22), and a mediating screen etc. are provided.
