PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce the size and the thikness of a flat type vibrating motor. SOLUTION: The motor is provided with a rotor in which magnets and magnetic material are formed in a semi-disk shape and its centroid of the rotation is deviated from a center shaft, a stator on which more than three air-core coils are arranged on a flat surface, a light emitting element which is arranged at a top side or a bottom side with respect to the rotor and generates light beams and plural light receiving elements which are arranged on the inverse side of the light emitting element with respect to the rotor, symmetrically arranged with respect to the center shaft and detect intercepted light beams from the light emitting element by the rotation of the semi-disk shaped rotor which also acts as a light shielding plate. |
