PURPOSE: A support structure of an optical pick-up actuator is provided to enable not only translation of a lens holder but also tilting movement of the lens holder. CONSTITUTION: A support structure of a pick-up actuator includes a lens holder(302) having an objective lens(301), coils(305,306) and a magnet(303) for operating the lens holder, and supporting members for supporting the lens holder. The support structure further has a pair of damper holders(307,308), the first and second elastic supporting means(309,310). The damper holders are constructed in a manner that the supporting members are arranged at both sides of the lens holder. The first elastic supporting means has a fixing end connected to one of the damper holders. One end of the first elastic supporting means is connected to one side of the lens holder. The second elastic supporting means has a free end connected to the other one of the damper holders. One end of the second elastic supporting means is connected to the other side of the lens holder.
